We ship some items directly from our warehouse in Norway and others from our reputable supplier in Asia, which supplies top-quality products that have been quality-checked. This allows us to offer both fast delivery and a wider range, while ensuring a safe and reliable shopping experience for you and your dog.
And if, despite our best efforts, your parcel takes more than 20 business days to arrive, we will of course offer a full refund.
