Shipping policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy:

For logistical reasons, some items purchased in the same order may need to be sent in separate parcels. This means you may not receive all your products in a single parcel.

Please make sure you enter your address correctly. We are not responsible for parcels lost because an address is incomplete or incorrect.

We do our very best to deliver your parcel within 5–12 business days. If it takes a little longer, we will of course find a solution that leaves you satisfied – perhaps compensation! 🐾

We usually take 1–3 business days to process your order. Once it has been processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at kundeservice@godhund.no with your order number and we will help you straight away.

And if, despite our best efforts, your parcel takes more than 20 business days to arrive and therefore exceeds the stated delivery timeframe, we will of course offer a full refund. 

We will always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date. Other unforeseen circumstances outside our control may cause delays, such as customs, public or national holidays, natural disasters, strikes, or delays in air and ground transport.
