From soaking wet to dry.
A powerful dog dryer that blows water and loose undercoat out of the coat instead of just warming it. Fewer towels, less wet-dog smell and no damp sofa cushions.
The videos show the same type of dryer with other dog owners. Markings on the unit may vary. The one you receive is black.
Attach, switch on, dry.
- 1
Attach the nozzle
Pick a nozzle to suit the coat and push it onto the end of the hose.
- 2
Start low
Switch on and turn up the air and heat once your dog is ready. Keep the nozzle moving.
- 3
Watch the undercoat lift
The air parts the coat right down to the skin. Water and loose hair are blown out at the same time.
Blows the water out, not just heat in.
A towel only takes surface water, and a normal hair dryer is made for human hair. PelsStorm pushes the water out of a thick coat.
- Towel: only takes surface water
- Hair dryer: warms, but rarely reaches the skin
- PelsStorm: parts the coat and blows the water out
One for every job.
Swap nozzles depending on where you are drying and how thick the coat is.
- Narrow: all-round for most of the body
- Wide: covers big areas fast, great for large dogs
- Round: focuses the air deep into a thick coat
- Comb: separates the coat and loosens undercoat as you dry
Built for thick coats.
Most useful on dogs with a thick double coat: golden retriever, Samoyed, husky, Sheltie, Bernese and Newfoundland. On small or short-haired dogs, use low air and low heat.
- Start on the lowest setting and use treats
- Keep the nozzle moving and away from the skin
- The dryer has no built-in overheat protection

Questions?
Won't my dog be scared of the noise?
Some dogs need a little time to get used to it. Start on the lowest airflow, keep the nozzle at a distance and reward calm behaviour. Most dogs get used to it after a few sessions.
Can I use it on small dogs?
Yes, but use low airflow and low heat and keep a good distance. Full power is meant for large dogs with thick coats.
Can the heat be too much for my dog?
The heat stays at approx. 55 °C, but the dryer has no built-in overheat protection. Keep the nozzle moving, a hand's width or two from the skin, and start on low heat.
Will it fit my power socket?
Yes. It ships with the right plug for the country you order to.

Dry dog. Dry sofa.
Rain, puddles and baths are much easier when your dog is dry before it settles down.
