How can I pay?

Does my purchase come with a guarantee?

GodHund offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the product is not right for you or your dog, email kundeservice@godhund.no. The guarantee applies for 30 days after the item is ordered. This guarantee does not limit your rights under applicable Canadian consumer law.

Can I exchange an item?

Email us for assistance and the correct return instructions. For a change-of-mind exchange, you are responsible for return shipping. Rights relating to faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods are separate and are not limited by this change-of-mind policy.

How long will delivery take?

Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 days, followed by an estimated 6-12 days in transit. Tracked delivery costs C$9.99, or is free on orders of C$99 or more. We deliver to Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario.

Where is my order shipped from?

Orders ship directly from our overseas supplier to you; we do not have a Canadian warehouse. You are the importer of record. Our delivery partner prepays applicable import charges on your behalf. If a carrier asks you for an additional import payment, contact kundeservice@godhund.no before paying so we can help.

Where should I send a return?

Email us before returning anything. We will provide the correct address and instructions. Do not send a return to the address on the parcel unless we have confirmed it.

What if my parcel is uncollected or my address is incorrect?

Email us so we can help. We will explain any proposed redelivery charge before you agree to it. Your rights under applicable Canadian consumer law are not affected.
