Shipping and delivery to Canada

Orders ship directly from our overseas supplier to you; we do not have a Canadian warehouse. You are the importer of record. Our delivery partner prepays applicable import charges on your behalf. If a carrier asks you for an additional import payment, contact kundeservice@godhund.no before paying so we can help. Items from the same order may arrive in separate parcels.

We currently deliver to Alberta, British Columbia and Ontario. Tracked delivery costs C$9.99 and is free on orders of C$99 or more. Estimated transit time is 6-12 days after dispatch. Delivery estimates and the final shipping charge are shown before you place your order.

We normally process orders within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with tracking information. If you have not received tracking information after 7 business days, email kundeservice@godhund.no with your order number.

Please check your address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs to be corrected. If a parcel is delayed or lost, contact us for help. Your rights under applicable Canadian consumer law are not affected.

Our existing promise remains: if your parcel takes more than 20 business days to arrive and exceeds the agreed delivery timeframe, we will provide a full refund. Any earlier cancellation or refund right under applicable Canadian law continues to apply. Customs processing, holidays and carrier disruptions may affect delivery times, but they do not remove those rights.
