We usually prepare your order within 1-3 days. Tracked delivery to New Zealand is then estimated at 6-12 days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Tracked delivery is free on orders of NZ$99 or more. For smaller orders it costs NZ$9.95. You can review the final shipping charge at checkout.

Will it fit my dog?
TurHi measures 88 × 74 cm and suits small and medium dogs best. Use the size finder above, or measure your dog from the nose to the base of the tail. Large dogs like German shepherds can lie on top, but not inside.
Is it waterproof?
The outer fabric is water-repellent, so light moisture and dew run off. It is not waterproof, so put a mat underneath if the ground is wet.
Can it be washed?
Yes, it is machine washable. Usually it is enough to shake it clean. It comes with a storage bag, so it stays clean in your backpack.
Does it come in other colours?
Right now we only have the red one in stock.
How long is delivery?
Usually 4–11 working days. You get tracking by email when the parcel ships.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have a 30-day return window.
