Shipping and delivery in New Zealand

We usually process orders in 1–3 days. Our NZ delivery service estimates 6–12 days in transit; please allow around 1–3 weeks from ordering, particularly during busy periods or customs delays.

Tracked delivery is free on orders of NZ$99 or more. For smaller orders, tracked delivery is NZ$9.95. The final delivery charge is shown at checkout.

Some items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels. We will email tracking details when your order is on its way. If you have not received tracking after seven business days, contact kundeservice@godhund.no with your order number.

Please check your delivery address carefully. If your parcel is delayed, contact us and we will help resolve it.
