Your dog files its own nails. Really.
Put a treat in the box under the lid. Your dog scratches the sandpaper to get to it, and the nails are filed down a little each time. No clippers, no wrestling on the bathroom floor.
Scratching becomes a game.
Your dog scratches the coarse sandpaper to get the treat. The same motion files the tips of the nails, a little each session.
- Put a treat in the box and slide the lid over
- Point at the board and reward every scratch
- Short sessions, a couple of minutes at a time
Shorter nails, calmer dog.
The nails are filed down gradually at your dog's own pace. Many dogs enjoy it, because it always ends with a treat.
- Works best on the front paws
- Back paws may take more training
- Keep an eye on it and take breaks so your dog doesn't over-file
Wood, sandpaper and a sliding lid.
A flat wooden box with black sandpaper on top. The lid slides out to the side and opens the treat box.

Questions?
Will every dog learn this?
Most dogs learn quickly when treats are involved, but it takes a little time. Start with short sessions, show your dog where the treat is and reward every scratch.
How often should my dog use it?
A couple of minutes a few times a week is enough for most dogs. Keep an eye on the nails and take breaks so your dog doesn't over-file.
Does it work on the back paws?
The board works best on the front paws. Some dogs also learn to use their back paws, but that takes more training.
Are treats included?
No. Use your dog's usual treats, ideally small pieces that fit in the box.
Can it fully replace nail clipping?
It depends on your dog and how often it uses the board. For many dogs it keeps the nails short enough, while others still need an occasional trim.
What if it doesn't suit us?
You have 30 days to return it. Contact our customer service and we will sort it out.
No more battles with the clippers.
Turn nail care into a reward your dog looks forward to.
